How did we get here?
Farrell & Daughters started as a little “what if” in the back of my mind.
What if I didn’t design websites forever?
What if I could make beautiful, soulful, thoughtful spaces in the physical world?
What if I could write my own rules on what it means to lead a company?
What if I created and grew something from the ground up mindfully and with care that would be a safe and inclusive and supportive environment for creativity and connection and joy for everyone that worked with me?
What if I did it now?

Farrell & Daughters is an interior design studio A company focused on creating homes and workspaces with real humans, and their innate need for connection, at the center.
Cool, what?
Here’s the thing - we’re all over-connected to the wrong things and under-connected to the right ones. We’re on the pulse of every bleeding thing a Kardashian cousin names its baby, but can’t seem to find the brain space to connect with family over dinner. We’re missing that true soul connection bit - those quiet moments where all the crap of the day fades and you’re able to rest and get in-touch with yourself, your family, your friends.
It’s not flashy. It’s not big lavish dinner parties or ornate chandeliers that foster human connection. It’s quiet moments - teaching your kids to cook, reading a favorite book for the hundredth time, enjoying wine with friends on a Tuesday - and the spaces that bring them to life. A kitchen with the right layout and fixtures so kiddos can hop up and join in the cooking. A corner of the office with a perfect vintage club chair. A living room that transforms from kid-chaos to “adults also live here” in a matter of minutes because the storage is just that good.
It’s form and function.
It’s deeply understanding the “users” of the space and how they need to feel in it.
It’s appreciating and identifying timeless design solutions to those specific needs of each and every person I work with.
It’s leaving room for growth and iteration because human beings live here, and we grow and change as well.

My background gives me a unique spin on this space
My upbringing in a totally DIY family has taught me the value of working with my hands, and how empowering it is as a woman to build and fix things myself
My service tiers are totally transparent - you choose how you want to work together and pay me for exactly that
My lovely assistants are four-legged and fuzzy and love a cuddle
