I like it, what is it?

Design Philosophy

Everything I do, starts and ends with connection.

Connection is hard, but it's the most necessary thing there is.

Connection to self,

Connection to family, or friends,

Connection to all the things that make us our best selves.

After years working in the advertising and digital design industries, I've found a sort of calling toward helping people create physical spaces (apartments, houses, workspaces) that foster those exact connections.

What does that mean?

It means designing people's spaces to foster those quiet moments that allow the rest of the world to fade away:

A bedroom to retreat to

A family room for wonder and creativity and interaction for the entire family

A kitchen that nourishes the family and inspires conversation

An office that fosters collaboration and innovation

How does it work?

Working with me is equal parts therapy session and design collaboration.

We'll work together to define the most important things for your space - is it about retreat? or connecting with friends? or re-connecting with a spouse after a long day of kid wrangling?

Then we'll evaluate what's working and not working about the flow of your current space - where does the clutter gather? Where do you always sit? Which areas are under-utilized?

And then I get to work.

Developing floorplans, furniture sourcing, installation, all the things to get your space to be exactly what will make you feel connected to yourself and your family
